Epsilon is the only privately owned ATEX Notified Body with full CE Test Facilities in the UK that is not part of a large group, we simply deliver more focused, individual service with less 'big group' inertia.

Epsilon has four core services:

Test and Certification of your products so that you can legally sell them in defined markets
Ensuring your sites or assemblies are safe and compliant with all mandatory legislation
Training your people to ensure they are competent to undertake ATEX and CE work
Certification of companies Quality Systems for ATEX or ISO9001:2000

We also conduct Explosion Safety Research and are involved in Joint Research Projects with the UK Health and Safety Laboratories and our own research on explosion safety including MSc and PhD work. Our research is made available to User Group Members and through our 'ExAM' Explosion Safety Software.

In addition to our extensive UKAS technical accreditation and Government Notification, Epsilon has ISO9001:2000. ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18001 Registered management systems.
